Welcome to Betfalme. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Betfalme website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Falme Bet Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. Deposits: • Minimum deposit: KSH 5 • Deposits are processed via M-PESA (Paybill: 562424) • Deposits are typically credited instantly • You may only deposit funds that belong to you Withdrawals: • Minimum withdrawal: KSH 50 • Maximum withdrawal: KSH 200,000 per transaction • Withdrawals are processed instantly • Withdrawals are made to the M-PESA number registered with your account We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity or potential Terms violations.

General Rules: • All bets are subject to available funds in your account • Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled • Maximum payouts apply as displayed on the Platform • We reserve the right to limit stakes at our discretion • Odds may change at any time before bet acceptance Settlement: • Bets are settled based on official results • We use official sources for result verification • In case of abandoned or postponed events, specific rules apply • Disputed settlements will be reviewed by our compliance team Void Bets: • Bets may be voided in cases of obvious errors • Technical malfunctions may result in bet cancellation • We reserve the right to void bets placed with incorrect odds

You agree NOT to: • Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets • Engage in match-fixing, fraud, or money laundering • Exploit technical errors or glitches for personal gain • Abuse bonuses or promotional offers • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions • Engage in collusion or syndicate betting • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems Violation of these rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount in your account • We are not liable for losses due to technical failures or third-party actions • We are not responsible for taxes on your winnings You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss, and you accept full responsibility for your betting decisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through: 1. Informal negotiation between the parties 2.
